Hap Seng Plantations Holdings Berhad (HSP) held its Extraordinary General Meeting and its Second Annual General Meeting at Menara Hap Seng, Kuala Lumpur on 26 May 2009.
 
The ordinary business of HSP's AGM was carried out according to the Agenda; Audited Financial Statements were adopted, all proposed resolutions were passed and all Directors standing for re-election were re-elected.
