Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 12 June 2008 in relation to the conditional sale of shares agreement ["said SSA"] entered into by the Company to acquire the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Bumilaju Construction Sdn Bhd ["Bumilaju"].
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the said SSA was completed on even date with Bumilaju becoming the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
